One of the fastest growing law firms in Southwest Washington, Phillips Burgess, PLLC is looking for an experienced real estate and business associate attorney to join our team.
Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to deliver exceptional client service to every client, every time. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of public or private sector experience with real estate (transactions, commercial leasing, title, HOAs, CCRs, easements, and similar agreements) and business (entity formation, contract drafting, corporate governance) law.
Our boutique firm focuses exclusively on real estate, land use, environmental and business law, enabling us to provide our clients with the depth of knowledge and experience in these practice areas normally found only in the largest regional firms. In addition, our municipal law practice provides both general counsel and specialized legal representation services in our focus areas to a range of special purpose districts and local agencies in Western Washington.
