Church Rietzke Johnson is a well established personal injury law firm centrally located near downtown Olympia, looking to hire an experienced litigation paralegal to manage a caseload of clients independently, from intake to resolution. Job duties include interacting with clients, health care providers, insurance adjusters and defense counsel to resolve case issues; drafting correspondence, settlement demands and legal documents; reviewing and managing medical and legal records; and all aspects of litigation preparation, such as case scheduling and calendaring; drafting and filing pleadings, interrogatories, and arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation.
