The section focuses on topics including real estate litigation and transactions, land use and zoning, environmental regulation, and related areas of law impacting property rights and development in Thurston County and throughout Washington.
The section will host approximately four continuing legal education (CLE) programs each year, which will also be opportunities for informal networking and discussion among practitioners. Programming will be designed to provide practical, relevant insights from experienced attorneys, government representatives, and industry professionals.
