Hearings Manager at the Department of Licensing

• Fully remote position
• Hearings Manager (WMS2)
• $105,000.00 – $110,000.00 Annually
• As our Hearings Manager, you will lead a team of Hearings Examiners as you manage the Unit’s Civil Rights Act and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodation program. With equitable access to our proceedings as your priority, you will provide training to employees and serve as a resource regarding the interpretation and application of non-discrimination statutes and rules. Your leadership skills will be relied upon as you direct, coach, and train your team while simultaneously facilitating and supporting process improvements.
