This CLE will provide a practical introduction to surveying concepts attorneys commonly encounter in real estate, land use, and litigation matters. The program will be presented from a surveyor’s perspective and is intended to help attorneys communicate more effectively with surveyors, evaluate survey-related evidence, and identify when surveying issues may affect a client’s rights, obligations, or litigation strategy.
All interested members of the TCBA are welcome to attend.
