Diversity Mentorship Program
The Thurston County Bar Association Diversity & Inclusion Section’s Diversity Mentorship Program seeks to foster a more diverse, inclusive, and connected legal community by creating meaningful mentorship opportunities for law students, new attorneys, and attorneys from historically underrepresented backgrounds.
The program connects mentees with experienced attorneys, judges, and other members of the legal community who can provide guidance, professional development, networking opportunities, and support in navigating the legal profession. The program also seeks to strengthen pathways to leadership within the local legal community and judiciary and to encourage greater diversity within the Thurston County Bar.
Participation is not limited to individuals who currently live or practice in Thurston County. We welcome law students and attorneys who are interested in developing connections with the Thurston County legal community and learning more about professional opportunities in the area.
