ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY (COMMERCIAL LITIGATION):  Davies Pearson, P.C., a full-service law firm in downtown Tacoma, is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience in civil litigation to augment its commercial litigation practice groups. Qualified applicants should have outstanding oral advocacy and writing skills. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong academic background. Candidate will be handling all aspects of litigation from filing the complaint to preparing for trial. Previous trial experience is a big plus.
