Dinner Buffet includes:

Grilled breast of chicken with honey dijon glaze and Center-cut Prime Steak served with red wine demi. Garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable saute. Also included will be seasonal fruit & berries, fresh garden salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, and a choice of dressings, assorted rolls served with sweet cream butter, carrot cake with caramel drizzle, coffee, and tea.
